I DON'T NEED ANYBODY
I DON’T NEED ANYBODY I just want to be alone I want you to go home I don’t need your companionship Or anyone to love I just meet my own needs And no one else’s And maintaining a relationship Has way too many hazards I have no need for pleasure I have no need for sex And if I have a need for it I can do itfor myself I did love once But it dealt me a bad hand So I sucked it in and got divorced And took it like a man But it won’t happen again And you can bet on that I drink a case of beer a day Just to keep me on that plan I take pills for stress Even though I don’t have any How can I feel stress When I don’t have anybody? I take pills for my heart And also high blood pressure But I don’t have a heart So I don’t know why I bother. This is the way I like it I live my life in squalor I’d rather sleep my life away Than listen toher holler. WordPlaya, July 2009
