I Envy Them
She slipped into some silky fragrance With a smooth touch of night garment. I envy the dress she wore For it kissed her back and hugged her curves. I caught the corner of her pearly eyes As she shut them briefly, if not for a second. The lids shut gently as they kissed in the dark I envy those lids as they brush againts her soothing looks. The leather shoes she wore held her feet gently As if they seduced the very skin they covered. I could not even bear to gaze at the necklace She hanged around her neck as it kissed her behind and around. I selfishly removed them all, for I could not share any second longer I could be all of them and more. I could do it all, over there and beyond. But as the heat of the night pressed over her silky skin, she embraced a breath. Taking it all in and moving for more, In the moment I noticed a trail of sweat Where the villain had run in shame. With a bruised ego he envied me as I gave all I had and more.
