I Give You It All , but It All Isn't Enough
My words are like raindrops, falling from my mouth. they are clean, pure, and fragile. They land on flat surface, and spread their good news; either good, bad, or bland. Now when he came to me, that dreaded, dark night, my raindrops were soon tinted. Turned from a bright, yellow gold to a pale dark grey, and painfully, slowlythey fell. I then had to cry my words and tears, together they create a tall, strong wall that protects me from him and all he's worth and saves my heart from breaking in pieces. A brighter day will come. One without pain and suffering Til then, my heart will have to learn And wait til another will complete it.
