I'm not here
Feel the hollow wind blow your hair around your eyes I'm not really here... my essence remains inthe shadow of your lies motionlessin the fading light, breeze picking up in the trees once upon a time on a night like this I would have been upon my knees I crawled to my feet, held onto that which would hold me no matter what the foreseers said back then no one could have told me laugh though you cry when the door is closed fall apart in publicthendieto the endcoldly immovablycomposed youare ice and Iam fire I am truth and you're a liar lay in the twilight of your dawning leave the chasm wideopen and yawning torment the night with a haunted heavy sigh won't close the hole in your soul, I don't live so at your hands I might die As you face the darkened sky laying on your bed every memory of you and me consecrating thevalidation in your head a hand that steadies herself, finally she's crying in the thoughtful reflective mourningof the living whoare alreadydying Open your eyes, steady crucifying saline stream let the tears flow, knowing I was more than just a dream I was everything you thought that I could seem Close your eyes, forever hold me dear the time has come to forget me... I'm not really here
