I need help figuring out what this poem is (Poetry buffs needed)

Okay so I found what seems to be the second half of a poem and I was wondering if anyone out there had any insight into what the poem is or who the author might be. It goes as follows and any insight would be greatly appreciated. Without stopping I speed up. I am happy to begin again.
