Icy Winter Cold
Soon enough the year will lay down its icy winter cold Of wind, chill rain and freezing air Then mother nature goes in clothes of gold Of smiling suns and winter fair Birds and beasts of the woodland With each cry and song declare Soon enough the winters year will lay down its icy cold Brooks, springs, rivers, and seaward will still roll Remembering back to this summers livery wear When silver beads embroidered where Mother nature puts off its raiment old The winter will lay down his mantle cold

I have a mental health illness and I was a inpatient in a private secure mental health hospital not because i was a danger to the public but because i myself was the only person who was in danger from me was myself and that will reflect in my poetry...
