In the Garden
Down in the garden Thats where they be Down in the garden Hiding from you and me Flitting and Fleeting Hither and thither Peeking and sneaking Hiding beneath the heather If you go down in the garden Late into the night Your eyes will see a spectacular sight! Leaf lamps swung high atop the trees Kissed ever so lightly by the breeze. Woods sprites dancing upon the moss Waiting for your dreams to drift across Dream your dreams of other worlds Place them on pages that lie unfurled A child's mind is a sanctuary of hope A treasure chest of dreams Hold them tight dont let them go Place them in a moon beam and let them flow... © by Samantha

Im a married mother of one, who enjoys melting away into poetry from time to time. Im no proffessional and nor do I esteem to be, I just want to enjoy it.
