Interrupted Passion
Your body pressed against mine In a warm and soft embrace, A soft and breathless whisper As I gently stroke your face, Your eyes are locked upon me, And your lips pressed to my skin, We shudder here beneath the sheets Entangled in our sin. You pull me ever closer In a hastened lover’s pace, As our bodies flow in passion On the satin bedroom lace, Our pulses beat together In a musical duet, As by candlelight our bodies Start to shimmer in the sweat. Our passion nears its fiery peak A flame that never smolders, You arch your back beneath me As your nails dig in my shoulders, Each kiss sends tingles rushing Down my leg and through my arm, But just before we climax, …I wake up to my alarm.
