Into the light.

For years i have searched, in the darkness, Ive walked alone through the light, but it took me seven years, to stumble across you, Where you were hiding in the baron wasteland, Alone, Searching for the same companionship yet you gave up many years ago, and took comfort on the sand, You looked tired, cold and hungry, Until i looked you in the eyes, A fire sparked in them, a blaze like i had never seen, You awoke as i took you by the hand, No words were exchanged, Just an understanding, That we had found each other, Amongst the despair, Amongst the shadows, Today we will go together and walk through the light.
