You are upset two fold You have a good reason to be upset, And you are afraid to talk Because it tends to worry people. It’s ok Emotions are powerful We all need to release them Sometimes it can be scary. But if it makes you feel better That, is what’s important This is my release When I cannot control my emotions I trap them here. I explain them in exquisite detail Most of these works will never be read They are dark and scary, Sometimes even to me But it’s ok Because it makes me feel better So when you are scared Or mad, or sad, or feeling bad Go to that place in your heart Do that one familiar task And dump all your emotions into it. When it is over, you may feel better Who knows, when you look at the result You may even enjoy what you created
