"Jaded"

"To feel hatred is a sign of passion; a strong desire - as to plead is a sign of weakness; an excuse. I once pleaded... young and naive and for my insolence a broken heart... could neither laugh nor cry. Even now in times of new feelings it beats in pieces of overwhelming sorrow... but to give up on such new affection is to become a true heartless; forever lost... cursed like all that came before me... the struggle continues. To also stare in the eyes of the enemy and smile as if to mutter "friendship" how foolish... No longer will I pretend. The days of corruption and revenge are over... now lies the days of change."
