A sublime shrine of silk roses; satin ruby-red, rhubarb-coloured ribbon wrapped around a slender, pale wrist. Tasty, toasted sesame seeds left on questioning lips; honeyed sticky fingers licked and wiped clean on crisp, white linen. Or so you thought; but I’m no fool.
