Just My Thoughts

Who will relate to this poem, I don't know? But my wish is that it gives you a little jolt! Some words are good to encourage you And some words can be misconstrued. I always try to use words that are positive Because in real life, I think all is relative. We share similar experiences day by day We practice cognitive therapy along the way. We share our inner thoughts with some stranger And talk about the risk we take and all the danger We spill our lies, truth, and everything in between, Do they know who we are or where we have been? I find it a little surreal to share my thoughts with you Because I could be lying or maybe telling the truth. I can choose to tell you only certain things about me And hide those things that I don't want you to see. At the end of the day, am I just wasting my time Or is there really some real reason or rhyme? Should I talk to you and pour my heart out, I don't know, I still have my doubts. If there is someone that can gain some insight I urge them to speak and shine their light. If all these personal sessions are good for you. I hope and pray it goes well and will see you through.
