Kaleidoscope
Stitching a smile on my face, each stitch a silent vow to help and ease. Each stitch a promise to care for and please. Like a kaleidoscope I bend and twist and fold. Shaping myself to fit their mold. I’m a fraud, a liar, a fake and a scam. Little miss bleeding heart, that’s who I am. Colors and shapes, a mesmerizing display. Yet beneath the surface the truth begins to sway. A fraud, a liar, the shadows reveal. A fake, a scam, my authenticity concealed. Little miss bleeding heart, a title I wear. In this intricate dance of love and care. Yet within the kaleidoscope's vibrant glow, I grasp the echoes of the self I used to know.
