Keeper of the Night
Far above you fly,O clement Moon lighting the sands and crescent hilled dunes home of the gods to thee we pray from shrines, kept secret, in hidden bays you grace us with your presense, as our beacon, our light keeping away the shadows, that fill us with fright beasts and fiends from thee, steer clear for you have shown something, truly to fear as dawn approaches, you leave, a job well done and out comes thy brother, our fiery sun.
