Land of Hope
With glimmering eyes I have planted the seed Hoping to grow it In a world of concrete A land of steel Sick, twisted and bent Wrapped in brass lace With a sadistical grin And the crimson gaze Of a phosphorical streak Proves the dreams are now the nightmares Of the race beneath our feet Given its rain from tears Of a desirable plane The seed of hope has sprouted And I can smile once again
