Last of the Poets

Yes, this is all one poem, just separated into 4 parts. This is a personal poem, but you don't need to know me to understand it. [Dead without a name] The poets fall left him dead the blade of sorrow fell apon him With him it took his innocence and beauty Taken me to the land of the forgotten ones Because I am dead without a name The dreamer and a writer without rhyme a forgotten writer torn apart by torments of hell One last legacy, One last elegy Yet I hate how I have become Just the same old song [The Fallen Dreamer] Lead me astray I have become undone I wish to cry on those shoulders once more I cannot cry for the world does not understand Forgive me dear Christ I have two faces the world must know One for the God who hast saved me And one for the emptiness of my heart My pain has left a scar the world will remember My heart had a home once in this beautiful land A paradise of heaven is where my heart beats Silenced for to long the pain is to unbearable Cried wolf for to long till he came and swallowed me Severed from this world I am A sweet blade my lonely lullaby Good night farewell, give me what I always dreamed for. [Empathy] In the year 2007 the year of our God Lord Jesus Christ the poet's dream was all about hopeless the worlds bitter dreams poisoned by greed and lust Rejoice today the crows eat the souls of the lost A world of strife and child labor Robber of Christ's throne he came from the depths of hell The world long stuck in silence it became Everyone must carry their hearts own weight The burden to much for any man to bury For to long has the poets poetry been silenced For it shall be heard by the ones not bearing the mark The poet found dead with a poem carrying his own weight With but one smile on his face so the world shines so bright [Home At Last] Forgive me Father, I did my best I am your son and I love you I feel home but yet I feel the blade of sympathy descending apon my cold heart I am home, where I belong but darkness still shrouds me This is the beginning of the end I love you close these bittersweet eyes. Take me to the place I always dreamed of Give me what I wanted, Save me from this descending blade Piercing my severed heart from this world Whoever can bring the night will seduce my pain in darkness In this lonely paradox ocean This is the beginning.
