Lay off the burgers

LAY OFF THE BURGERS By the scruff of the neck in this strong fist Unclear health warning implications Crave that cholesterol in rabid mist Now a doctor's fascination And a greedy journalist Only capitalisations Heart won't desist Raised to the mouth and inhaled with lust Blood pressure rising without any sign Pressure in ribcage somehow i trust Cardiograph shows straight line Nose bleed - smell rust Who cares? It's fine We're all dust Wash down the victuals with nectar sweet This belly swells with contentment Joggers outside on Keepfit Street A truck filled with resentment St Peter we will all meet My own judgement? Happy, complete
