Let it Rain

When his blood spoke of his love uncalled from the heaven, a raindrop fell heralding a new beginning a blessed enigma,no one can tell. so let it rain, let it rain open the floodgates of heaven * Welcoming his acute pain,he bleeds along with him,the earth bleeds for freedom the sun surrendered at this appaling sight today,he will reveal god’s kingdom. so let it rain, let it rain open the floodgates of heaven * nailed in the cross,he asked why his Father had forsaken him? but it was all an epic test so hope remains when times are dim. let it rain, let it rain open the floodgates of heaven * The deed is done, yet love still remains in his dying heart that pleads for rest today the heavens shall be tainted with the blood of the son,who completes his test. so let it rain, let it rain open the floodgates of heaven * come rain, wash away our sins let this victory be the shining light let his soul be our guide in times of storm, and absence of right. let it rain, let it rain open the floodgatesof heaven* * let him sleep in the bed of death let the sorrows of the world flow from his eyes his pilgrimage has just begun one day he will again awake and arise. but today… let it rain, let it rain open the floodgates of heaven let it rain, let it rain open the floodgates of heaven let it rain, let it rain…
