LIFE LESSONS

My life has been similar to a rollercoaster It has had its ups and downs And as it continues don’t know if the downs Will outweigh the ups because it is unpredictable Am not a pessimist have tried not to be one But i guess life has taught me everything Won’t always come my way No matter how hard i work for them My life is a story It will maybe be told or will forever be forgotten It has had both the happy and saddest endings But i am grateful to all because There’s worse out here My life has sometimes been a fantasy Too good to believe its actually happening These are the moments i would love to go On and on with but these don’t usually last forever And i have come to respect that My life has mostly been bleak The difficulties, trouble, betrayal I have faced put me to a standstill Because i have no idea whether i will continue Or halt forever but i keep on praying So i may not give up My life has been a lesson One I’ve come to learn the hardest way But also appreciate the most I have learnt that i don’t have to get up Every day trying to be perfect I just need to get up every day determined to press on
