life's a lottery
LIFE’S A LOTTERY When will be my turn, three numbers would be fine Overblow the budget on a tenner bottle of wine Or go into Marks buy a ready meal for two Eat from a tray, watch a film that will do. When will be my turn, need four number for a date Anniversary next week and we would like to celebrate A cosy little meal somewhere special bit of style A little reward to us for going the extra mile. When will be my turn, to have five numbers up Noise under the bonnet, will cost to shut it up New car would be nice but I only go from A to B Still I love my little Punto she just needs T.L.C. When will be my turn, five numbers bonus ball Daughters getting married and I can’t afford the hall Works all day for little, but enjoys the old folks home Love to set her up in a place of her own. When will be my turn, to have six numbers up Been doing this for years but never had the luck Had enough of work soon be off I’d retire Money would be nice, but it’s the time I desire.
