Live in Laughter
Loosen up and lighten the load, set down your briefcase and lose the smartphone -try barefoot awhile and give the heels, Stacy Adams a rest. Undo your stifling tie and watch other constraints disappear. Become a small child, immersed in play and let your imagination be your whole world... See the cat, wide-eyed jumping about chasing a dust mote- devote yourself with such intensity to simple glee or mimic a dog, overcome with joy- its body a quiver, tail wagging bounding, unrestrained; revel in sheer fun and forget about money and politics, production and deadlines, appointments and routine lay these aside, if only for a day- for they drag us down. So run through a sprinkler, skip down the sidewalk, get silly and live in laughter.
