Lost Love--Trifrain
Lost Love --A Trifrain Her last vowels vibrate in mind, it's an insomnia of a kind; invades in dead of night, rewind-- her last vowels, her last vowels. Consonants shy, could not reply, neither accept, nor could deny; in flash of seconds, time pass by-- consonants shy, consonants shy. words fail to stand against north wind, once blown away, can't be rescind; who knows why mind gets so rigid-- words fail to stand, words fail to stand. My love is lost in those dark hours, exchange of words, your eye showers, all went in vain, none could cover-- my love is lost, my love is lost. rajkumar@Iowa 03-06-2014 Note:--The poetic form used is TRIFRAIN.developed by Lisa Le Grange.I feel intimacy grows when two souls are away at a distant place.Sometimes , it brings nearness even when detached from the relations.May be a pure love means that. First four syllables of 1st line is repeated as a double refrain in 4th line in each quatrain. Rhyming pattern--Ra --aaR, Rb--bbR, Rc -ccR,,Rd-- ddR rajkumar
