Love in transit (morning commute)

This morning I realized again How beautiful the morning commute can be. While I sipped on my hazelnut coffee, Calm and comfy The soothing blue of the early morning was Settling in. It seemed to have found just the right terms To twine my soul, My thoughts to you. Then I immediately noticed Vibrant red lights of cars in front of me. Little red hearts moving in pairs. Love in transit. I smiled and thought of you. Your brown eyes. The little separation in the middle of your voluptuous lips, When you gently smile. It’s sexy anyways. I had to delay my attraction, And started paying attention To the sun’s slow awakening, Not caring at all that The birds had been up for a while. Ha, I smiled again, When two mountain peeks caught my attention While seemingly they secretly whispered Sweet nothings to each other Across the slightly blushing sky. It reminded of me of us, How we try to stay undetected, yet so obvious. I arrived at my destination Feeling full of excitement; You will be there at three.
