Mars And Venus
Mars and Venus I’m Jack Mars and She‘s Jill Venus And by gad you should’ve seen us. You’d even wish you could have been us, As we enjoyed each other’s genus. Oh we did nothing erotically horrid, Though the atmosphere was torrid. But we went at it, most synergistic, Weaving postures almost spastic. There was no audience to cheer, Or to drink our health in beer. We were too sweatily engaged And our passion quite un-caged. Much too united to presage, That our actions might enrage. And oblivious to any sound effect That causes parents to reflect, That we two might be connected In a manner notbisected So arose a gasp of indignation As her Dad saw our occupation. But the shotgun pointed right at me Of all passion quickly set me free. I murmured, “Sir I respect your daughter,” Thenbegged him not to indulge in slaughter. “Why should,” he said, ”I give you quarter, You’ve fed her gin pretending it’s water.” “So you’ve got our daughter very drunk And exploited her state you dirty skunk.” “Please calm yourself”, I objected, There’s no reason to be so affected. , Andin panickyvoiceI interjected, “We were only performing as glands directed.” Now I lie in pain in a hospital bed, My backside full of buckshot lead. The doc removes pellets one by one, And I’m paying in pain for last night’s fun.
