Maybe, just maybe
If wishes were horses then with just one kiss... I’m not really sure where I’m going with this The ring of my doorbell the twitch in my eye I’m opening up now with one final sigh Maybe I’m crazy it’s all just a joke, but you’re fresh as a daisy and bursting with hope We’ll give it a shot then and make our last stand I step over the edge as I grasp for your hand I slip off my mountain, don’t care where I fall the journey’s the charm watch me give it my all And in the future, if there’s ever a fuss We’ll always have Paris... Wait, that wasn’t us I guess what I’m saying with not that much grace Is that my hope began when I first saw your face
