Mental Health
How can a person with mental depression be recognised Or a personality disorder be diagnosed By their facial expressions can anyone tell They might have a smile on their face But their mindful thoughts could possibly be putting them through hell Mental health problems are invisible to all tests and to the eye No one really understands, even when the person brakes down and cries A lot of people may call us malingerers in a sarcastic way I still wouldn't wish mental illness on anyone not even for just one day Do you hate yourself but don't know why Sometimes you believe you have the only cure, and that is to die Then you spend days convincing if that's the only way Therefore there must be a reason even though I don't understand why If you have a family member or a friend that doesn't seem to be themselves And you can't put your finger on it and you are unable to figure why The best thing to do is while in conversation tell them your concerns And that you are so worried to the point you don't know what to do If the person doesn't improve or even seems to get worse Then you should contact your local community mental health nurse You won't get any thanks for this at first But as they improve they will know who really cares.

I have a mental health illness and I was a inpatient in a private secure mental health hospital not because i was a danger to the public but because i myself was the only person who was in danger from me was myself and that will reflect in my poetry...
