fist closed over a sun so cold painting a cloud's haze over the old, dried ink beating in my slow heart the bare Requiem of Mozart lays quiet on my hands his lonely sounds, poised to start bitten skin and misshapen bliss written into an impolite kiss ruined veins thick with sin daylight has never been so wrong, falling over your wide grin blue bruising hit what i can't admit do you know? say no fireproof, unchanged, undone broken, twisted, snapped tired blood on your gun eyes close slowly, head burning cooled dusk and the dark is churning kyrie eleison, my vivid yearning dripping down from your thoughtless skies gently, languidly turning say "i love you", apologize red-soaked lies the ground reaches out and i fold
