Missing and wishing (a good night)

REVISION 1 Captured sheen of thousand stars, Tinkers magic for your dreams, Like fireflies in see-through jars And elate from silly screams. Lonely fingers draw your lips Right across the nightly skies. And same wont of thin-skinned tips, Wakes up dreaming butterflies. Mantling winds are halting chase, Concentrating to caress Hairs of gold ‘til dreams embrace, Hand-in-hand with forehead kiss. Original version Take this sheen of thousand stars And the magic from your dreams Of fireflies in see-through jars And elate from silly screams. With my fingers I draw your lips Stretching wide across the skies And by using those same tips I'll wake up all your butterflies. Benign winds I call on you, Halt your chase and come caress Her hair on your swift way through And place a gentle forehead kiss. Sleep tight. I love you <3
