Monster

The stars are out, shining bright Arial;color:#333333"> but the monster lurks, in the night wherever I look, the monster’s there haunting my thoughts- his lair Arial;color:#333333">there is no rest, no reprieve Arial;color:#333333">I can’t be happy, I only grieve Arial;color:#333333">He taints my feelings, turns them blueArial;color:#333333"> I yearn for the light, all clear and new Arial;color:#333333">I can’t escape his constant lies Arial;color:#333333">With not even my heart as an ally Arial;color:#333333"> Arial;color:#333333">The internal battle rages on Arial;color:#333333">I feel myself drowning, I’m too long gone. I'm only 14 and this is the first poem that i've written for myself and not school so any suggestions would be great.
