Mother, We Have Heard You
I don’t know what your thought As you faded from the universe, Did you wish you could be here for us Did you dream of what we’d become I wish I could tell you Your last few days were brilliant You accomplished so much For that short time Nothing else was brighter It is such a shame That we can never see them Without you There could be no life for us Everything we are came from you And it cost you so much Did you think we would ever know We drift in the void created By your violent expiration, We can only surmise what you were But we have heard the echoes And we know you are our true mother And your existence has not gone unnoticed

Mental Journey
I am on a journey of the mind. Contemplating the universe on every scale, and doing a complete introspective exploration. I may never be a literary academic, but I share my humble thoughts in hope that they may inspire others.
