My Facade
My daily facade: A silly, perpetual giggle And a smile or two Without words I speak Motionless I stand And you believe every Wordless sentence I utter This must not go on Life as we know Contains deep perplexities and My meaningless facade Cannot hide all this distress I try to find the words to overcome My facade But my thoughts are incomplete Begging for them to be admitted I am Wondering if words can express This complex multitude of inner statements That even I cannot comprehend Time has come For the truth But once again I crawl behind my facade. Another day passes by In our empty, endless fraud And lives will go on awry
