My Flower
Ohh, again tonight I’m slowly overtaken by a tide of emotions. With leisurely dripping thoughts of you, my flower, I remember the times we have spent together, Hence start dreaming of having you Right here in my longing arms. Then I think of the kisses we shared and I drift away with this tide; With my eyes closed I remember- The stomach whirling anticipation of Your voluptuous lips approaching. You softly lay a kiss onto my lips Feeling as delicate as if Touched with a flower’s petal. Maybe you are one after all, And with your fragrance around, too, I feel at peace with no further desires. As you are releasing me from This wonderful state of mind and feeling I immediately seek another one, And open my eyes to see how far away you are And if I can catch another one Before your lips are gone. I have to sigh as you have gained enough distance Impossible to pursue you my flower. Though now I'm fully captured by your hazel eyes Which seem to posses the secret knowledge Of comfort and happiness That I seek. You know, I miss your contagious smile. And once more shall wait for the privilege To spend some time in your kiss And thus to realize all over again That you truly are a flower From the garden of my imagination.
