My Fortunes Told
My Fortunes Told By: Laigan Ahkee We’ve reached the end of the road It’s time to say good bye You’ve lived your life, let me lead mine. I see the swift footprints you’ve left behind, Ill stray from them though, It seems as though, they’ll lead me to evils woe. As I look into the distance. I see my long walk home. You’ve lived your life, let me lead mine Let me walk this road alone, And one day I’ll sit upon a royal thrown. In direst remnants, I see a loss For up until this very day I’ve walked in the paths that you alone have crossed. Your ways are clear, your sin is bold, Your fortune and death to you was told, You’ve lived you’re life let me lead mine And I will soar on eagle’s wings all in good time. You’ve lived your life. Let me lead mine, Yours was unjust, mine will be fine.
