Every person has a hero To whom they looked up to My hero is someone I know better A man who never falter He is a fireman who extinguished the flames of my heart When my first love tore my heart apart He is a teacher that imparted his knowledge When my ignorance became my plague He is a blacksmith that honed my being And taught me the essence of forgiving He is a painter that can perceive real beauty And showed me the notion of harmony He is a doctor of numerous capabilities That can bring forth a life devoid of uncertainties He is a judge of unquestionable authority Yet never used it for any inequality He is a master of all trades And know how the world operates Cause the hero I always looked up to Is a man of significance and my father too
