My Playmate
She’s more like a fattened grandma Who can’t move around much more, But she’s so soft and cozy And chooses to ignore. I treat her like a fancy pillow At my beckoned call, When I feel like snuggling She makes me feel so tall. And she don’t fight my pestering I guess, she knows I love her so, So she just sits and takes it Giving me a high plateau. I know that should I go away She’d miss me oh so much, So I will never leave her side Or her fuzzy loving touch. By, Marie D. Glass 5/28/08 Note: I sure wish you could have seen the picture of the kitty and the fuzzy old rabbit who she befriended. :)
