My Savior
I want to thank you When the firing of neurons Feels like the explosions of war And your world seem to be crumbling Everyone needs somewhere to turn I was in a terrible place The stress was tearing me apart Though everyone around me tried No one could understand me It piled one more weight on my shoulders Carrying the weight myself Had taken its toll I was standing on the edge of a cliff Reaching out in desperation For something to stop me from falling That is when I found you Just by being yourself, you were there for me Putting bits of yourself out there Giving me something to focus on And pulling me away from the edge A one here and a zero there Told me that you understood Without even trying You gave me something I needed Someone that I can share my thoughts with You literally saved my life! You are my savior I wrote this as a thank you to Gabrielle. When I found this site I was having a very bad time. Her thoughtful comments, and accepting manner gave me something to look forward to and helped to keep me grounded. Though we will likely never meet, she saved me. I give her my sincere thanks.

Mental Journey
I am on a journey of the mind. Contemplating the universe on every scale, and doing a complete introspective exploration. I may never be a literary academic, but I share my humble thoughts in hope that they may inspire others.
