Myrmidon

In the infinite realms of time immemorial, i found a solace there, as i sojourn within this place, world without end. But my comfort found despair, as i explored the heights and depths, and gazed upon a sombre face. Mythical creatures of shadows and dust, inanimate i dare to say. Inane voices of silence that scream and shout, which i found quite inapt. Behold, a myrmidon, a myriad in fact, as i attempt to escape this place, with my life intact. No room for mirth or trifling here, i look for hope, but she is gone, all that's left is all i fear, within this dreadful place.
