Naive
Last one about the ex. Promise. Searching through my memory, Piecing together heavenly lies, Only now can I finally see, You're bad influence on my life. Torn-up notebooks heal my heart, But like us, the seemsripped apart Recalling nights these words fell, like raindrops, creating my rainy hell . . . . You will never read these stories that made me bleed Reminding me of those times, where I just woudn't believe That you would go, & break my heart Leave me here, Create a new start, Watch you go, & love my friend, But I'll still love you . . . til the end. Passing through old roads, Lookin' out my window, At the creek that bleeds to flow, Just like I did, & that comes to show that thewhat runs in your veins more than cold, oh I cried thewholegray ocean for you, wasted water . . . I thought more than Einstein for you, wasted useful thoughts . . I fought in brutal, violent wars every day for you, wasted blood. . . I tossed & turned& lost who I was. . . for you . . .but I'm now found. . . Recalling nights these words fell, like raindrops, creating my rainy hell . . . .
