Nana's wisdom
Your wrinkled hands; an infinite spring, Your touch a gentle stamp; soft as a fleece, Safe we were held; how sweet to be at home. Your caring arms; that vibrat'd warmth, Oh! Their comfort; pain is eas'd our faces beam A walking home; that held us safe and sound. Your dishes!; they fill'd tummies with bliss, Irresistible they were; we yearn'd for more, Dish after dish; we indulg'd at home. Your words - emphasis'd wisdom; grace & light, So sincere; they shed off negativity and pain, Hope they are; no promise is broken.

You may see the world thru my words. You may see yourself thru my words. But mostly you may assume my poetry is about me. If a line kicks off the edge, imagine what a poem would do.
