The city loudly beckons So head into the night of Coloured artificial illuminating light Engage in drunken rampages Homeless wearing dirty faces Crowded bars filled with Musky tears Young girls age before their years While at home mothers cry Alcohol drenched head into the unforgiving night sky Innocence lost forever Awake to a new morning blanket Clouded and partially remember it A once beautiful city now in decay Where all our sins of yester night will forever stay
