Nostalgia
As a youth I ran free, Screaming bloody murder I'd laugh until I burst----- While dancing to fairy music. As an adult I walk rigid, Succumbing to society's norms I don't allow myself to dream--- Too busy I am for childlike things. Alone I've yearned for the past, Sighing for forgotten days When I'd make wishes--- Watching the dandelion seeds take flight.
