Not Enough

(I originaly titled this "I Wasn't Enough" but the new title seems more fitting.) How painful it is To know you fail Not being able to reach The feeling leaves you frail You look inside Find your heart Stupified, you watch That useless thing falls apart With a blank face You see with glazed eyes Not willing to move Do you hear sobs and cries? Slowly you stir You look around Try to get up Just ending up on theground You cry and groan Forward you crawl People pass by Not stopping to help at all You endured thepain Said you were strong Slowly you realize All you were was wrong Fading ever so slow Watch thetrickle of blood Look at your form Dragged through thedirt and mud You climbed up And downward you slide No one even realized You already died You try so hard Work toward your goal But your only reward Being dropped into a hole You tried to be strong Tried to be tough But in theend You were never enough.
