Of Moon and Men
An indolent moon in all its fullness drifts lugubriously among the stars, unconcerned that it is the lighthouse of the nocturnal sky, knowing only that soon it will become a fractured shell slinking east to west giving half light before resurrecting itself and embracing once again its celestial imperative, as meanwhile, adrift in darkness too, man faces this same cycle of life but with less assurance of resurrection.
