Oh Dudley! Oh Eunice!
Oh Storm Dudley – mayhem now behold! What did you do in Scotland? Now I ask; You left a trail of harm and woes untold, Then hauled your sister Eunice to close your task! Oh Storm Eunice – Dudley’s twin you are, What destruction you have caused – no joke; You triggered gales - the worst for years by far, You brought foreboding, and fear to London folk. Power was cut – and this was just a start, Trees uprooted; many roads were closed; Roofing tiles and gutters blown apart, Floods - as tides and rain your strength imposed. Why such threats to life and homes! – oh why? Why such havoc wreaked by you – oh why? 20 February 2021 Oh – Is that your Uncle Franklin now I spy?

Love creativity - especially writing - poems especially. Love my wife, cats, our church, reading, warm weather (so rare here!) and snow - quite common these days - even in spring....
