Oh Let's Have a Party Now!
Those who lead may lie and bluster, Those who lie may lead and fluster; Oh what strife - oh how wasteful. What now? I ask - in times distasteful. “Who cares?” he says with smile so cheesy, “Who knows?” they say – Oh so sleazy; “With wine and beer now let us party!” What now? I ask – they’re all so hearty. Oh so gauche - oh so bumbling! Oh so weird - oh so fumbling! Oh so sure - oh so stumbling! What now? I ask - in times so humbling. No reason now to be judgemental, Surely purely accidental? Any likeness to those elected, I know should now be well rejected. Note: Although written at a time politically interesting and detrimental, Any semblance to those who lead (and lie?) is purely coincidental.

Love creativity - especially writing - poems especially. Love my wife, cats, our church, reading, warm weather (so rare here!) and snow - quite common these days - even in spring....
