one of these days
One of these days we’ll walk away With nothing more and nothing less I don’t need the aggravation anymore How many times do I get hung up and strung out Beat down and left on a golden throne With you at my feat And no one next to me One of these days the world will end And hopefully I’m gone by then But if Impending doom were to rear its head today How many times would I get on my knees Redemption for the believers With rising souls and white light And no where to go but down One of these days, I’ll live out a dream Of a nice house and world peace Dreams are for visionaries, all I can see is How many times I get built up and let down Blacken today to brighten tomorrow And hope tomorrow lasts forever But one of these days the world will end
