·odin

Neon gods stand in all their glory above the city sky. Empty people scuttle around with empty and broken lives. And the pauper's grave is the gutter in the street outside. Don't expect to hear sounds of laughter tonight. The city is your home, but you feel you just want to run away. Away from this place of torture and this place of pain. You hate everything that you see. You hate everything that you hear. You hate everything that you feel. You hate the city and the people within. The city stinks of avarice and greed You come from the side that the tourist never sees. High-rise buildings of concrete and steel. The street has no sympathy for the pain that you feel. And the darkness is spreading like a disease across your mind, you can't be freed. You cry! But the Darkness hides you from the Light.
