Parched Soul

Parched Soul Wandering about Life, looking for the lost self. Pieces of pain and humiliation. So much debris. Salvage or discard? Slowly mending. Polishing a fragmented ego, despite visible scars. Collecting and accepting from all sources, blissful words for a parched soul. All confirmations gratefully absorbed. Yet life is visible; rejuvenation imminent! Lanie – August 2007
