Pen Power Although a work of fiction, her story rang so true. It dug into one's conscience, 'til the guilt came seeping through. She said her inspiration, had come direct from God. Her words would shock the nation, like lightning strikes a rod. Folks said it was the catalyst, that triggered a great war, and broke the yoke of slavery, for once and evermore. This dynamic work of fiction, that the world would come to know, had been created by the pen, of Mrs. Harriett Beecher Stowe. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- P.S. Unc le Tom"s Cabin sold ten thousand copies in it's first week. It's demand for sales required three presses to run twenty-four hours a day. Sales skyrocketed til it was published in 37 different languages and sold throughout the world. Obviously, it had.............Pen Power.
